Kelli Fowler

Owner

Kelli hit the ground running when it came to designing. From a young age she would help her Dad who was a builder in Minneapolis. She then moved to Lincoln and married her husband who is also a builder. They opened Gotcha Covered back in 1998. Kelli has a gift when it comes time to decipher her client's individual taste. Creating a beautiful home that reflects the client is her goal!

It's no secret when Kelli arrives at Gotcha Covered. She comes in each day ready to inspire creativity and achieve a phenomenal experience for her clients and employees alike. When she isn't at Gotcha Covered, she can usually be found chasing her grandkids around or tending to her large garden.

Kara Fowler

Designer, Bachelor of Arts-Interior Design

From a young age Kara went to jobsites with her dad, learning to pick up nails for money, to picking up lumber after school at the supply store. Born and raised in Tucson, AZ, but life eventually led her to Nebraska where I gained even more interest in construction and design through the Fowler family. Moving back down to AZ she fulfilled her dream of attending the Art Institute of Phoenix, graduating with honors, and winning her Grad Design project. After many internships during school from tile design, kitchen & bath, commercial furniture, she landed a Commercial Design job which eventually led her to a high-end furniture design job in Scottsdale. Moving back to Nebraska in 2014 to help with the family business has given her so many new experiences and now specializes in cabinet design. She loves seeing the project come to reality for the client!

When not at work, you can find Kara with her husband at jobsites helping or chasing her two little boys Jackson and Greysen around. Some of her hobbies include dirt bike events, golfing, sporting events, hiking, or floating at the lake.

Julie Lovell

Designer

Julie has 18 years of experience at Gotcha Covered. Her love of interior design started as a little girl back in the 60's, as she would cut out pictures from the Sears & Robuck catalog and create room scenes for an entire house. She was known around her family as the one to go to when someone wanted help with a home update.

Julie enjoys getting to know her clients and working with them throughout the building process. She finds joy in helping clients create the home of their dreams, that reflects their personality and lifestyle, whether it is their first home or forever home.

When not at Gotcha Covered, Julie can be found spending time with her husband, their 4 kids and beautiful grandkids. Her happy place would be at the beach with her entire family. Enjoying the surf, sipping a margarita while searching for seashells and sand dollars.
