1 Hour (and some change) Ribs
Convection Steam Oven Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Rack Loin Ribs
1 tbsp seasoned cajun salt (we used Slap Ya Mamma seasoning)
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
BBQ Sauce of your choice
Directions:
1.Place your racks of ribs on a solid pan or a large plate, generously season with the above list of seasonings.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours.
3.Line a solid pan with parchment paper, when ready to cook place your racks on the solid pan meat side up. Select Convection Steam Mode and 265 degrees. Set the timer for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
4. Brush BBQ onto cooked ribs, place in broiler for 2-3 minutes.
5. Slice and Enjoy!
